Since 1974 we have been serving traditional Tuscan dishes distinguished by the quality, typicality and freshness of the raw materials used. In fact, we pay special attention to the choice of products coming from our region and we exalt excellences such as Chianina meat, fresh pasta, cured meats, cheeses and wine selection.

IGP Chianina meat certified 5R

Chianina meat, with which we delight you in our preparations, is IGP-5R certified: synonymous with quality, safety and transparency that guarantees added value for typical productions related to our lands and traditions.

Tagliatelle alla Farnetese

It is our tagliatelle alla Farnetese with sausage and mushrooms, a historic recipe created by our grandparents Stella and Armando that expresses all the gluttony for the raw material and the harmony of the combinations.

Pici all’aglione

An ancient dish that has its roots in Etruscan cuisine, pici are a long, cylindrical fresh pasta that represents the essence of poor Tuscan cooking, the handiwork and above all the experience that has been handed down from generation to generation. They are enjoyed with more or less all sauces: from the traditional aglione, to ragùs with all kinds of meat, even game.

Lamb scottadito

A succulent and flavorful dish that stands out for the quality of the selected meats to be enjoyed piping hot, so hot you can burn your fingers.

With enthusiasm and passion we have selected about sixty labels all certified under the Cortona label. Our environments are also enriched by a tasting corner, where you can savor our choices.

Our dining rooms

Sala Stella
A cozy but elegant room, characterized by neutral decor that communicates pleasant feelings and makes your event truly special. The Sala Stella has direct access to the Limonaia, an enchanting terrace characterized by the intense scent of citrus trees and a magical light at sunset, as the sun goes to hide behind the Tuscan hills surrounding Cortona Camucia. The Sala Stella seats 45 inside and 80 outside.

Sala Gelsomino
The '' Gelsomino'' dining room is a cozy and bright environment, perfect for making the most important moments of your life unforgettable. The spacious and charming hall overlooks a beautiful porch and garden, a place where, in addition to special buffets, it is possible to add to all our ceremonies corners for cooking and preparation of our typical Tuscan dishes on sight. The Gelsomino Room seats 260 indoors and 100 outdoors.

From weddings, ceremonies, and corporate meetings to conferences and sporting events, our Restaurant provides qualified catering services for all needs: breakfast and coffee breaks, gastronomy and wine bar, and full banquets. You can choose from pre-set menus or request a customized menu. Our home catering service is carried out throughout the Tuscany region and the Umbria region following the guidelines of the Italian Celiac Association. Why choose our catering? We believe that a successful event is born from the perfect harmony between flavors to remember and suggestive atmospheres. We know how to guarantee them with utmost seriousness and professionalism.

Parkings

We provide a large outdoor parking area with space for up to 80 cars, equipped with an electric charging station to conveniently recharge electric cars or motorcycles.
